Pre Listing Inspections assist sellers in understanding the condition of their property prior to listing. This can help avoid last minute negotiations.

INSPECTION PROCESS:

Inspector emails contract agreement to client for review and acceptance at least 24 hrs prior to scheduled inspection time.
Client reads and accepts contract.
Client makes payment 24 hrs prior to inspection.
Inspector performs Inspection - 2-4 hrs.
Inspector reviews findings with client on site.
Inspector supplies full inspection report to client within 24 hrs of completion of inspection
Inspector follows up to answer any questions client may have
